    As a cruelty-free brand, ALLKME does not incorporate animal testing into our development phase or at the production level. We do not provide authorization to any third parties to perform animal testing on our products.

    The ALLKME products are vegan, which means they do not include any animal products such as meat, dairy, eggs, or honey. As far as other common allergens are concerned, our products are free of soy and gluten.

  • Do I need to keep ALLKME supplements in the fridge?

    No! We use room temperature-stable ingredients + prebiotics in all of our formulas. Nevertheless, to maintain freshness, we suggest you store ALLKME products in a cool, dry place away from heat, moisture and direct sunlight. Most importantly, be sure to keep them in a visible place that will serve as a daily reminder to use them!

  • Are ALLKME products safe if I have a medical condition?

    Unfortunately, we cannot provide you with medical advice. We recommend reaching out to your doctor or local healthcare practitioner if you are concerned about taking ALLKME products in conjunction with a pre-existing medical condition.

  • Are ALLKME products suitable for pregnant women or kids?

    We don’t recommend the products for pregnant women or kids.

  • What differentiates ALLKME products from other herbal products on the market?

  • When do ALLKME products expire?

    You can find the expiration date on the bottom of your bottle or box! Unopened, our recyclable dark glass jar and our pouches help to preserve formulas naturally for two years, without the need for chemical fillers. Once opened, we recommend consuming within six months.

  • How are ALLKME bottles/sachets filled?

    Our sachets are filled by weight, not volume.

  • What are the ALLKME capsules made out of?

    Our capsules are derived from vegetable cellulose. They are vegan!

  • How long will it take to see results?

    Every organism is different so the effect can be different from one person to another. Some people will feel the effects within 20 minutes of taking, but for long-term benefits, most people feel the difference after one month of using. Check out our reviews to see what people are saying!

  • What if your products don’t work for me?

    Our supplements work for 97% of people. If you’re in the 3% who don’t see results, we’ll work with you to find a solution, or give you a refund.

  • Are ALLKME products addictive?

    Adaptogens are not addictive, but they do help you find balance, so you may find yourself craving the balance that adaptogens provide.

  • What ALLKME product should I start with?

    We recommend Green Elixir to all our clients. It contains a month's supply of greens. They are great baseline products to provide all the nutrients you need that are missing from our soil and food due to modern farming methods.

  • How does the ALLKME monthly plan work? What is your cancellation policy?

    When you add a product or products to a plan, you'll receive it monthly without having to do anything to re-order. After that point, you can easily modify your order cancel it whenever or you want.

  • Can I make changes to my ALLKME plan?

    Whether you are on month-to-month or any of our commitment and save plans, you can ALWAYS change the content of your order and add or remove any product from it. Just make sure to save changes before exiting the page.

  • Can I restart my ALLKME service plan after cancelling?

    Yes, we encourage our customers to take advantage of our ALLKME program to save both time and money! Even if you have cancelled in the past, we will gladly assist you in getting setup again.

  • Where and how does ALLKME ship?

    We ship in Europe via Postal Service or Courier Service, depending on how fast you need to receive your order. Depending where you live in Europe, it should take six days to then arrive at your doorstep. Transit times for international shipments will vary depending on your country. Some restrictions may apply.

    International orders cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box. If a P.O. Box is specified as the address on the checkout page, the order will be cancelled before it is shipped from the warehouse. The customer will not be charged for the cancelled order.

  • Is Postage Free?

    Postage for orders over €80 is free, and applies only to Germany, Italy, Austria and Romania.
    For orders under €80 we do charge a shipping fee based on which method you choose, Standard or Express.

    Please note ALLKME is not responsible for customs, duties, or the exchange rate and that we cannot fulfill any request to declare your package for any value other than the total value paid at checkout.

  • What if I submitted the wrong address?

    Mistakes happen. Please contact us as soon as you catch the error so we can do our best to correct it. You can easily update your shipping and billing information at any time by logging into your account. In the event the information is incorrect for an order that has already shipped, we will do our best to try to get it re-routed for you. ALLKME does not assume responsibility for incorrect shipping addresses, but we will work as best we can to get it resolved. Please contact us directly to find out how we can help.

  • Will I get an email before you ship?

    You will be emailed tracking information as soon as your product ships so that you can keep an eye on when it will arrive. You can always contact our support team at support@allkme.com. Please be sure to include your order number in the email.

    If for some reason you are not receiving our emails, please be sure to add us to your contacts and mark emails from ALLKME as “NOT SPAM”.

  • What is ALLKME's return policy?

    Your satisfaction is important to us so If you are not satisfied with your ALLKME supplements, just return it to us within 30 days. Unopened product will be refunded fully. Note that shipping and handling is not refundable.

  • How do I change or cancel my order?

    We understand that you may need to make a change to your shipping address or adjust the frequency that orders are received. Because we strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, it is best to call us so we can make any necessary adjustments you may require. Once an order has been processed it becomes more difficult to make changes. For security purposes, we are unable to re-direct a shipped parcel to a secondary shipping address.

  • What payment options you accept?

    We accept debit and credit cards like MasterCard, Visa, PayPal and all of the alternative payment methods from each country. We do not accept cash, money orders or cash-on delivery. For optimal security, when an order is submitted an authorization request is sent to the issuing bank.

  • When is my card charged?

    Your credit card is charged at the time of your purchase.

  • Is my information safe?

    Absolutely, don’t worry. We use a verified secure transaction system and have dedicated servers that protects all of your information and keeps it private – we cannot access it, and others won’t be able to, either.

  • My item never arrived or it arrived damaged, what do I do?

    Oh no! If your product arrived damaged, please contact our support team with 14 days of receiving your package at support@allkme.com with photos of the damaged item so that we may rectify this as quickly as possible and get a replacement out to you. If your order never arrived, double check your routing number to ensure that your order is not held up in transit. In the event that that you never received your items, or there is an item missing from the shipment, please contact our support team right away so that we can get the missing items to you.

  • Can I buy ALLKME at the grocery store?

    Part of our mission is to make health more accessible for all. For this reason, we have chosen to distribute our products exclusively through e-commerce channels FOR THE MOMENT.

  • Who should I share my referral code with?

    Sharing with friends and family throughout your online and offline networks is a great way to earn some cash while promoting health and happiness. Get paid to spread a little health and happiness around… It doesn’t get better than that! 

  • When will I see credit for referrals in my account?

    Referral credit will appear in your MY ALLKME account once a friend or follower makes a qualifying purchase using your unique link. Purchases must be made on allkme.com for the credit to be attributed.

  • How do I use my promo code?

    You can apply your promo code in your shopping cart where the box asks for your ‘Discount Code’. Enter it in the box and click apply. Only one promotion code per order may be applied
