Creamy Cashew, Banana, and Spirulina Smoothie


INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/4 cup of soaked in water cashews
  • 150ml water
  • 1 banana (preferably frozen)
  • 1/4 cup frozen mango
  • 1 orange
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
  • Pinch sea salt
  • 1 SCOOP OF GREEN ELIXIR
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/3 cup chia pudding

DIRECTIONS

1.Place all ingredients in a blender.
2.Blend until smooth.
3.Pour mixture into a glass.

SUPER TIP

To obtain cashew milk, blend the water and cashews together until smooth. Add the rest of the ingredients, pour the chia pudding into a glass, then pour your smoothie overtop.
