Chia Pudding


INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 cup almond milk or coconut milk (or more for thinner texture).
  • 2 Tbsp. chia seeds.
  • 1 SCOOP OF INNER HARMONY

Optional:

  • 1 tsp. maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • fresh fruit, nuts and seeds

DIRECTIONS

1.Add the chia seeds and milk to a bowl and stir together.
2.Let sit for 10 minutes, then stir again once the seeds have started to gel.
3.Cover the bowl and place in the refrigerator for at least one hour.
4.You need to stir your chia pudding and add your favourite toppings before serving.
