- 1 banana
- 1 cup of plain yogurt
- 1 cup strawberries
- 1 cup of chopped Kale
- 1 cup ice
- 1 SCOOP OF INNER HARMONY
DIRECTIONS
1.Place all ingredients in a blender.
2.Blend until smooth.
