INGREDIENTS:
- 1/4 cup of soaked in water cashews
- 150ml water
- 1 banana (preferably frozen)
- 1/4 cup frozen mango
- 1 orange
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
- Pinch sea salt
- 1 SCOOP OF GREEN ELIXIR
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1/3 cup chia pudding
DIRECTIONS
1.Place all ingredients in a blender.
2.Blend until smooth.
3.Pour mixture into a glass.
SUPER TIP
To obtain cashew milk, blend the water and cashews together until smooth. Add the rest of the ingredients, pour the chia pudding into a glass, then pour your smoothie overtop.
